Small and medium business owners do not have money to waste. We take that seriously.

You can choose one-on-one coaching at any stage, but for most owners, Kickstart is the best place to start.

It is relatively low cost, high impact, and gives you the structure, tools, and shared language to get far more out of Momentum or one-on-one coaching later.
We work with Australian small and medium businesses, typically from around $100k to $10m turnover.

Our method is built around business, not a specific industry, and we most commonly support trades, professional services, retail, and agencies.

Kickstart Program, the best starting point for most owners

Kickstart is our entry point program, and it is deliberately designed to be small cohort, high touch, and practical.

It is conversation based, built around real business situations, and supported with tools and templates you can use straight away.

You will not be thrown into a generic online course or a group of hundreds.
We keep it small because it creates better impact, even though it is less profitable for a coaching business.

Kickstart gives you the foundation, structure, and capability that stops you wasting time, and stops you wasting money on the wrong fixes.
It also sets you up so any next step, Momentum or 1to1 coaching, delivers faster and more clearly because we are not spending your money covering basics.

Solo Operators

If you are running the work, selling the work, and fixing the problems, the business lives in your head.

This stage can feel like constant motion with no real progress, because you are stuck in delivery, admin, and decision making all at once.

Small Enterprises

You have staff, and the business is moving, but the complexity is rising fast.

Established Enterprises

You are established, revenue is meaningful, and the cost of mistakes is higher.
This stage requires stronger leadership systems, clearer accountability, and sharper commercial discipline, because complexity can hide profit leaks and create operational drag.

Everything You Want to Know

Do I have to start with Kickstart?

No. You can choose one-on-one coaching at any stage. We recommend Kickstart for most owners because it is a relatively low cost, high impact way to build the foundation, and it helps you get far more value out of Momentum Program or one-on-one coaching later.

How do I know if I’m a solo operator, small enterprise, or established enterprise?

It is less about the exact turnover and more about the operating reality. Solo operators are carrying most roles themselves. Small enterprises have staff and growing complexity, but the owner is still a major bottleneck. Established enterprises have meaningful revenue and team structure, but need stronger leadership systems, operational discipline, and profit quality to scale without chaos.

What if I’m not sure what support level I need?

Book a strategy call. It is a free, obligation free 30 minute session where we map your current stage and pressure points, then recommend the best next step. Whatever you learn from the call is yours to keep, regardless of whether we work together.

What if Business Bandwidth is not the best fit for me?

We will tell you. If we do not believe we are the right fit, or we cannot realistically help you get the results you are after, we will point you in the right direction. We have a strong partner network and we will connect you to the right support for what you need right now.

What is Momentum, and when does it make sense?

Momentum is our next cohort based program for owners who already have a baseline of structure and want to go deeper across the business. Most people move into Momentum after Kickstart, although some established businesses can go directly into Momentum if the foundations are already in place.

What if I’m doing good revenue but the business still feels out of control?

That is common. Revenue can grow faster than systems, team capability, and decision structure. We use our Momentum Model to identify what is creating the pressure, then fix the right driver in the right order.
