Kickstart is our entry point program, and where we recommend most owners start. It’s designed to give you structure, clarity, and practical tools you can implement straight away, without overcomplicating things.
Kickstart is conversation based and delivered in a small cohort. We keep it small because it creates better outcomes, even though it’s less profitable for a coaching business. The goal is impact, and a foundation you can build on.
Kickstart also sets you up to get more out of Momentum or one on one coaching later, because we are not spending your money covering basics that should already be in place.
If you complete Kickstart and want to go through it again later, you can. Past Kickstart members can repeat the program as many times as they need to, at no additional cost. If a future cohort is covering an area that matters to you now, for example Systems and Technology, but it did not apply the first time, you can come back and resit it. Just contact us and we will slot you into the next cohort where it makes sense.

Momentum is not automatic entry. You apply.
We do that for one reason, it protects the quality of the cohort and the outcomes for everyone in it. We want people in the room who will get value, contribute, and do the work.

One on one coaching is for business owners who want deeper thinking, sharper decisions, and consistent execution across the business, with direct access and high touch support.
It is not automatic entry. You apply, we have a conversation, and we confirm we can genuinely create value for you. We are cautious about spend, and we will not take you on if it is not the right fit.
One on one coaching is typically suited to established businesses, commonly around $500k plus, but it is not purely revenue based. Complexity, team size, owner capability, and the type of work matter too.

You might be in Kickstart or Momentum and then bring us in one on one for a specific period to work through a key decision, a major project, or a stretch phase. You might want coaching plus implementation support around a particular driver.

Fractional support is where we drop into your business in a part time or contracting capacity to help deliver outcomes, with the context of your coaching work already in place.
This can include operations, systems, project support, and other roles depending on what the business actually needs.

Yes. If you have completed Kickstart, you can repeat it as many times as you need to at no additional cost. Business stages change, what mattered six months ago might not matter now, so you can come back through a future cohort when a module becomes relevant and get the support and tools again.
No. Momentum and one on one coaching are application based. We do an assessment call to confirm fit, readiness, and whether we can genuinely create value for you. Limited spots are available each year.
Yes. Some clients stay in Momentum and add one on one support for a specific period, project, or stretch phase. We will recommend the mix that gives you the best return, not the biggest invoice.
Teams can attend. Workshops can be delivered inside your business for leadership teams and staff, or as scheduled sessions throughout the year. Topics range from sales and customer service through to leadership, systems, process mapping, and AI.
Yes. We run select workshops throughout the year at an additional cost. Current and previous Business Bandwidth clients receive discounted rates compared to the general public.
