This is our Momentum Model. It is the diagnostic and teaching tool we use to show you exactly where the business is out of balance, and what to work on first. You score yourself against all six at the start, and again at the end. The gap between the two is the point.
Then we put what you have learned into our Growth Engine, so you can drive the business forward on your own. Everything we do is built around you running and growing this business without us by your side, if you want to.
Two live sessions a week across twelve weeks, so twenty four in all. One segment at a time, taught live, applied to your business, with homework that gets checked.

A graduation session at the end, plus a follow up bonus session.
Every session opens with a wins or stuck round. You report where you landed on last week’s commitment before anything new gets taught. Then we teach it, then we apply it out loud to your business by name, then you commit to one specific thing before the session ends. Next week we check. That is the whole accountability mechanism. It is not complicated, and it is the reason the work actually gets done.
Two time slots, both on a Tuesday. One during the day, one in the evening, both live, same content. If you are on the tools all day, take the evening group. If your evenings belong to your family, take the day group. Nobody should be choosing between this and dinner with their kids.
You stay in the slot you pick. That is deliberate. The people in the room are half of what makes it work, and that only happens if it is the same room every week.
We have put real time into how business owners actually learn, so you get the most out of every session rather than watching a video and forgetting it by Friday.
Most online courses do not get finished. The median completion rate is 12.6%, which means for every hundred people who buy one, more than eighty seven never make it to the end. The content is usually fine. The format is the problem. You buy it, you watch two videos, and it sits in a tab until you feel guilty enough to close it.

It is also group delivery. If your business is genuinely on fire right now, group is not the answer and we will tell you that on the call rather than take your money. One to one is a better fit and we will point you there instead.
